What is an Innovator Circle?
Each Circle brings together three leaders from different organisations — same level of seniority, different sectors and perspectives.
They spend a day working on a real, live challenge, using structured dialogue and implementing proven, powerful sense-making tools.
There are four Circles (four days) across the 26-27 season per stream.
The same leader can attend all, or they can be shared amongst leaders at a similar level in the organisation.
The cognitive diversity in the group does what internal meetings rarely can: it surfaces blind spots, challenges ingrained assumptions, and generates genuinely fresh thinking in a space that is confidential, rigorous, and energising.
Each participant also receives two follow-up virtual one-to-one sessions with our Founder, one of the most experienced coaches in the UK. These embed learning, explore implementation options, and provide invaluable feedback on strengths and style.
Small Groups
Allows depth of exploration, personal attention, high levels of trust, and the practice of advanced dialogue skills to bring implement with internal colleagues.
